The purpose of the Project is to assist the Government of Ukraine with building an understanding of, and consensus around, the targeted use of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in order to attract badly needed investment to upgrade its rapidly decaying public services. Training events are being developed across a variety of infrastructure sectors including water, wastewater, transportation, construction of roads, bridges, airports and other construction.
