My name is Tod Christofferson and I have been a resident of Coleman Valley since October 17, 2002. I have been employed by the United States Postal Service as a Letter Carrier since July 20, 2014. My education background includes a degree in Finance, and certification in Accounting. I am currently a licensed Enrolled Agent, with over twenty years experience in preparing individual and corporate tax returns.

As a long term resident of Coleman Valley, I personally know and have met with many of my neighbors. One of my goals if elected to the board would be to start up a neighborhood watch group. I would also like to contribute my accounting, tax, and finance background to provide oversight of the HOA fees that seem to increase each and every year.

I feel that I am a positive force that is needed in this community and would be honored to serve on the board. Thank you for your consideration. __________________________________________________________________________________________

As a board member I like to explore all options, increase communication, and promote the most productive ideas and actions that will improve the communities current standings and furthermore worth and well-being. I look forward to serving the community as an open minded board member with the CV's people in mind.

Hello, My name is Alfonso Mojica and I have lived in the community for 6 years. I'm interested in joining the board because I'd like to help organize the budget. We as owners pay HOA fees for the needs of our community and I'd like to ensure we get our money's worth. I'll defend our interests as owners and do all I can to keep our fees from increasing while helping to keep a well-organized and balanced budget. Thank you for your attention. __________________________________________________________________________________________

Greetings Coleman Valley Community,

This is Kathy Rombeiro, I live at 5047 Country Club, you might know me as the gal that decorates the community with "Holiday Cheer". I have been a proud owner here since 1999. I have served on the Board of Directors for a few terms, as the Board secretary and as President. Unfortunately, during my term as President I had to resign a bit early due a medical situation and juggling my job, and the association and being a live in caretaker was too much.

During my term, I was part of the landscaping committee, I was part of the team that chose the colors of our homes today, and the list is endless. I have always taken much pride not only in my home but the entire community. I believe my voice is the voice of the people. If I am elected I will do my best to listen, to be fair, make the best choice, and lastly make this an awesome community to live at. Thank you __________________________________________________________________________________________ My name is Darin Scott I live at 792 Hudis, I'm currently serving on the board as the President. I have a degree is in electronic technology, and continue taking classes in Six Sigma Processes. Previously I was an R&D electronic technician, and now currently a Business Process Analyst for Keysight Technologies (formerly HP). I'm both a resident and landlord in Coleman Valley so I feel I can represent both types of owners within the HOA. I believe I will be an asset as a board member because I have a strong passion and commitment to volunteering in our community. My goal is to ensure we maintain the beauty, value and appeal of our community. I have severed on the board for 3 years, over this time I've help make several contributions to the association that I feel add value, transparency and communication that were previously lacking. Here are a few I'm proud of, where I played a major role or supporting role with other board members:

Accomplishments 1). Created accurate maps "Electrical, Irrigation, Trees, Fire Safety, etc." for all HOA common area items. 2). Created and Maintain Water consumption info and charts. 3). Get a Website for the HOA.

4). Separate the management from the financials to eliminate conflict of interest

Benefit / Value Added to HOA Eliminates confusion with vendors Correctly identifies items to be worked on Allows us to easily verify jobs completed Informational for all owners A way to track large consumptions or possible leaks Informational for owners and renters Functional for vendors doing work Mgmt. & Acct Co. have no access to our accounts. Only board members can approve checks

5). Get our financials with a company on an electronic secure web based system that has electronic storage & tractability for all vendor invoices and approval steps in the check payment process. 6). Separate from Michael Miller Insurance

All board members now have full access to all invoices to review at any time. Three levels of verification / authentication are needed for reserve checks and two levels for operational checks. Eliminated hidden commission fees Saved HOA thousands per year. Approx. $25,000 over 5 yrs

If elected I will continue my passion to volunteer, enhance, maintain and up hold our CC&R's, Rules and Regulations for Coleman Valley.
