paper trail

Balsa wood was a whimsical addition to this retro-style cylinder shade. We applied the paperlike panels to the self-adhesive shade. Then, we added a collection of quirky hexagons, cut from origami paper.

? cowboy kick We've really mixed things up with this wild west design. Horseshoe print fabric, simple eyelets and rugged leather cording make the perfect backdrop for a bucking bronco silhouette. Simply trace pattern (try an online resource) onto faux leather fabric. Cut out and apply to shade using doublesided adhesive. Yahoo!

Burlap that's blissfully frilly and totally fun? What a fabulous look for a lamp! We covered the entire shade with this unassuming fabric. Then, we made lots of scrumptious ruffles, held in place with hot glue. Tip: Want to add just a little color to your burlap design? Try brushing some acrylic paint onto the edges of the completed ruffles.

Then, closely clip away the stems before hot gluing onto the shade. Done! a rosy approach (from cover) We made quick work when it came to these rosy-posey perfections. Our secret? It's all in the trimmings...literally. These flowery trims are sold ready-to-use, by the yard.

go bow ?

Nonchalant Osnaburg fabric sets the scene for this simple, yet sophisticated, shade. It's sweet and chic with nothing more than rings of grosgrain ribbon and a simple hand-crafted bow. Tip: The trim features hook and loop closures. That means that we can take it off and switch it out!

buckle up ?

Buckle under pressure? Well, if you insist. Chic up a self-adhesive shade kit with a trendy print in a classic black and white palette. Then, trim with pleated ribbon and a gorgeous rhinestone buckle.

? tuck in Pleats, tucks and a series of simple stitches made this shade a shoe-in for simple, tailored style. We broke up the color with a coordinating trim, held in place with double-sided adhesive.

Look for our new buckles and slides in a variety of shapes

and sizes.

? feeling blue

This sumptuous embroidered fabric made a stunner of a classic round shade. We simply covered a self-adhesive shade according to the manufacturer's instructions. Then, we added a rich, coordinating trim.
