The Haven is a 24-hour intensive residential program for women who have substance abuse issues and who are involved in the criminal justice system. The program lasts 9 months to 1 year. The Baby Haven provides specialized daycare for infants whose mothers are in residential substance abuse treatment at The Haven. There are various branches and options for care plans through this program.

ATR pays for 30 days of outpatient substance abuse treatment for anyone who is a Colorado resident without health insurance and who has a substance abuse or dependence problem requiring treatment. Supportive services include social activities, GED prep and testing, peer coaching/mentoring, living skills and employment counseling.
