TWIN RIVERS HORSE SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
This show will be guided by USEF rules where applicable. Management reserves the right to
make any judgments if necessary.
1. ENTRIES: MUST be signed by owner, agent or parent (if exhibitor is a minor). Horse
registration numbers and registration papers MUST be given with entry or available at the
show. ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2019.

3. ADMISSION TO THE GROUNDS: Thursday, July 18, 2019, unless otherwise authorized.
4. CAMPERS: $60 per camper
In designated areas only. Camping sticker must be in camper window.
5. STALL FEES: NO STRAW BEDDING. See page 2, #17 to order shavings.

6. CHAMPIONSHIPS: Entries must have been entered, shown and
judged in any class in the division.

8. HOLDING OF CLASSES: Only exhibitors who have back-to-back classes may request a 2
minute hold in the horse show office and must be made one hour before the session in
which the conflict occurs.
9. REFUNDS: No refund on canceled entries & stalls after closing date. Refund on entries fees
only with a Vets certificate.
10. INDEBTEDNESS: Any indebtedness to this show will result in the return of entries & the
points of the individual member causing the debt will be withheld until the debt is paid in full.
Future entries will be refused.
11. CHANGES: The show committee welcomes suggestions for the show, however; due to
schedule and time constraints, we are only able to add classes where TBA classes are listed.
12. RING PROCEDURE AND CONDUCT: A maximum of 2 minutes to enter the ring after the
class is called and the first entrant is in the ring will be allowed
13. PROTESTS & COMPLAINTS: Will be handled by a committee designated by the show
chairman.
14. COURTESY TO OFFICIALS & EXHIBITORS: The Twin Rivers Horse Show reserves
the right to eliminate from further competition any individual(s) who are disrespectful to officials
or exhibitors and such individuals shall forfeit all premiums they have won and entry and stall
fees they have paid.

15. SECRETARIES OFFICE: Opens Thursday, July 18, 2019, at noon Judy 614 402 1260 Leslie 740 815 3189 16. GOLF CARTS: May be rented by calling National Carts directly at 800 589 8833 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All payments must be made directly to National Carts. 17. ALL BEDDING ORDERS MADE ON ENTRY BLANK and received by closing date are $7.50 a bale. Shavings ordered at show or by phone will be sold at $8.00 a bale. We need at least 24 hours notice to have shavings delivered to your stalls upon arrival.
