Terms & Definitions

Same-as-Cash (SAC)

No interest if the amount financed is paid in full before the end of the promotion period. If the amount financed is not paid in full during the promotion period, interest is imposed from the date of the sale at the contract rate. Minimum payments are due monthly.

Deferred Same-as-Cash (DEFSAC)

No interest if the amount financed is paid in full before the end of the promotion period. If the amount financed is not paid in full during the promotion period, interest is imposed from the date of the sale at the contract rate. Payments begin 6 or 12 months from the contract date depending on the option chosen.

Deferred Payment (DEFPAY)

The 1st payment is deferred. Interest accrues from date of sale and is not waived at any point.

Tier 3 Discounted Bids

The FFC program helps you close sales with customers most lenders would decline by offering discounted Tier 3 bids. The discount is a fee you pay to secure an approval and it may not be passed on to the customer. Examples of dealer payout are shown below on a $5,000 sale.
