The selection screen shown below is used to add team members to the agreement team. Filters are available to search within lists and/or sort lists to quickly locate entries you need. On Line HelpFrom anywhere within ECMS you will always see the ECMS banner across the top of the screen. This banner contains three helpful links: HOME, SITE MAP and HELP.Context sensitive help is also available by clicking on the HELP button on the toolbar and selecting SCREEN HELP from most screens.For specific security questions, such as who may access a specific screen in a given status (e.g., "Who can revise a published scope of work), users may access the security function within the ECMS application. ?To do this, while on any ECMS screen click Help on the toolbar and select Application Permissions to display that screen's security settings.Click the Help link on the ECMS banner. A separate pop-up window opens on top of the current window as shown below.Help LinkClick the ECMS hyperlink in the left pane to display a list of help topics. An expanded list is displayed. Clicking on a topic icon will expand the list further. Search Button Click on a topic hyperlink to view the help screen for that topic.Click the PRINT button which will open a print dialog box to print a specific help topic.Click the SEARCH button to search on specific keyword(s) within the ECMS help system (including process and screen help). Click the CONTENTS button to return to the list of help topics.ECMS Search PortalsECMS II utilizes Portal screens to search for information and documents for various ECMS functions. Portal screens are available for Consultant Information. Agreements, Planned Projects & Advertisements, Selection Results (Shortlist and Final Ranking), and Invoices.The screen below is an example of a Portal screen and shows the Planned Projects and Advertisements Portal used to search for Planned Projects and Advertisements via custom searches or express searches. Express SearchGo to specific agreement planned project Advanced custom searchPrinting from ECMSECMS provides print screen capability from any ECMS screen that allows a screen to be printed in its entirety as noted below. Note: When printing an ECMS screen within an application, be sure to use the Printer Icon on the ECMS toolbar, not the Printer Icon on the Internet Browser or the File/Print option in the Internet Browser Menu. This will ensure that the entire screen is printed, otherwise only the viewable portion of the screen will be printed.When printing a file from ECMS, first open the file you may use either the Printer Icon on the toolbar or the File/Print option in the menu to print the PDF file.Print an ECMS ScreenClick here to print a screenFrom any ECMS application screen, click on the PRINTER ICON on the ECMS toolbar. A separate pop-up window appears on top of the current window with the screen to be printed.Printer IconClick on the PRINTER ICON in the upper right corner of the ECMS Banner. The print dialog box is displayed. (Alternatively, you may right click anywhere on the new open window. A sub-menu is displayed. Select PRINT on the sub-menu.)Click the Print button on the print dialog box to send the screen to the printer.Print an ECMS FileClick on the hyperlink for the ECMS file you want to print (for example, a Statement of Interest file)... A Windows File Download dialog box is displayed. (Note: from here you may choose the option to save or print the file.)Click the Open button on the File Download dialog box to open the file. A separate pop-up window appears on top of the current window with the file to be printed.Click here to print a fileClick the PRINTER ICON on the toolbar or select the FILE/PRINT option from the menu.
