Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

3 ½ Cup Water

1 T Butter

1 T Flour

Dash of Salt and Pepper

½ cup Milk

1 Cup Cheese

2 Cup Pasta

• Bring water to boil in a sauce pan.

• Add macaroni and leave in water for about 8 minutes.

• Prepare a white sauce.

• Melt butter in a sauce pan.

• Add flour and continue to stir for about 1 minute or until it becomes lightly browned.

• Add milk, salt, and pepper.

• Continue to stir until it becomes thickened.

• Add cheese and stir until cheese is completely melted.

• Remove from heat after cheese has melted.

• After cheese sauce and macaroni are done, mix both together in the macaroni pot.
