The option to lease agreement and option to buy agreement will not be assigned by Buyer/Optionee to a Lease with an Option to Buy Tenant/Buyer without the Seller/Optionor’s written approval.

Seller/Optionor has the right to approve or reject new Lease Option Tenant/Buyer offered by Buyer/Optionee. If rejected, Buyer/Optionee may offer new Lease Option Tenant/Buyers until one is approved by Seller/Optionor.

Seller/Optionor may use the Buyer/Optionee’s recommended lease agreement and option to buy agreement forms for use with the new Lease Option Tenant/Buyer or Seller may also use lease agreement and option to buy agreements of Seller’s own choosing.

Seller may cancel the option to lease agreement and the option to buy agreement entered into with Buyer/Optionee at any time prior to their approval of aLease Option Tenant/Buyer offered by Buyer/Optionee..

Buyer/Optionee’s intention is to find a Lease Option Tenant/Buyer and assign the option to lease agreement and option to buy agreement to that Lease Option Tenant/Buyer for a fee called Option Consideration. The Lease Option Tenant/Buyer will then pay Seller the monthly lease payment amount until they exercise their option or until they reach the end of the lease agreement.
