Remodeled Homes in Saint Paul Ready for New Owners

Open houses scheduled for August 18

SAINT PAUL - Looking to buy a home in Saint Paul? Check out these two homes that are currently listed for sale on . These properties have been substantially rehabilitated and are move-in ready.

1247 Conway Street – this two-bedroom home has a spacious living room with hardwood floors, gorgeous kitchen and main floor laundry that provides everything you need on one level. Originally built in 1954, this 1,089 square foot home has been completely remodeled, has new appliances and a two-car detached garage. This home is on the market for $139,900.

635 Edmund Street – this one bedroom, one bathroom home also has everything a homeowner needs on one level plus a wrap-around deck and detached two-car garage. Originally built in 1887, this home has a large sun drenched living room, open kitchen and dining area. This home is for sale for $99,900.

Both homes are equipped with ADA accessible rooms. Open houses will be held at both of these properties on August 18 from 12-2 p.m.

The Saint Paul Planning & Economic Development Department acquired these homes that had been vacant and brought them back to life using a variety of funding sources including the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program. To be eligible, homebuyers must qualify for a mortgage and earn less than 120% of area median income (ex. $98,750 for a family of four).
