In our continual efforts to be helpful and responsive to our agents' needs, we've improved the Mortgagee billing process regarding account credits and payments. We hope this change reflects The Hanover's flexibility and willingness to make adjustments where needed to help simplify and streamline billing for you and customers!

Here are the highlights of what's changed in regards to Mortgagee-billed accounts:.

? Payments and credits for a mortgagee billed policy will remain with that policy

? Selection of mortgagee bill in POS at new business and policy change on existing policy from direct to mortgagee bill

?Will create a separate billing account automatically

?Billing accounts are different than POS customer accounts

?Each billing account is identified with a three digit number following the customer number

? Existing mortgagee billed policies

?Will be placed on separate billing accounts automatically at renewal

? Multiple mortgagee billed policies under one customer number

?Will be on separate billing accounts-- even if mortgagee is the same
