1. Go to the Cooter and Ulen Web Site and go to the section on cases. Look up the case Jacobs and Young vs. Kent. Alternatively, click on the link below. This will take you to their directory of cases, and you can then find Jacobs and Young vs. Kent

No matter how you get there, read the case and answer the questions at the end of the "case". Your paper is due at the beginning of class.. The paper must be typed. You need not repeat the facts of the case in your paper, I will have read it. I think a three page limit is appropriate here.
