RE: HOSPITALIST PROGRAM FOR MOLINA HEALTHCARE OF TEXAS

Dear Valued Physician:

Molina Healthcare is pleased to announce its new hospitalist group contract. Our partnership with this group will enhance the coordination of care for Molina patients and help you, the physician, alleviate some of your internal workload based on our patients' medical and social needs.

We are asking that ALL Molina Healthcare (Non OB, and Non-Pediatric) patients be admitted to the following hospitalist group and that you contact the hospitalist group when directly admitting, effective June 6, 2016 at Laredo Medical Center.
