Step #1 - Visit

Step #2 - Select Your Plan

Step #3 - Enter Your Domain Name

You are now presented with 2 options: 1. Register a new domain (with HostGator) 2. Enter an existing domain. We suggest you select a different provider/company for your domain name to keep hosting separate. This is considered a good practice as many hosts offer low-cost or free domains when you register for their hosting service. Should you decide to switch hosting companies in the future, it may sometimes be troublesome to transfer and keep ownership of your domain that you received for free or at a discount with certain terms. Our recommended domain provider is If you have an existing domain, enter it and select 'Continue to Step 2'.

Step #4 - Enter Your Billing Information

Make sure to keep track of your Username and Password. You will need these later. Once completed, select 'Create Account'.

Step #5 - Order Confirmation/Completion

You should now be presented with an order confirmation screen as well as receive an email outlining your new hosting account information. Now that your hosting account is setup, you may need to point your domain to your particular web host.
