The only other authorized items during RPT (August 15th ? August 25th) are the following: Swimsuit Running/gym shoes (2 pair) (conservative in color and appearance, no bright colors) Underwear (at least 8) Pillow Towels (at least 2), washcloths (2) Personal care items (toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo, etc.) Razors ? male students will be required to shave daily (electric razors are allowed after RPT) Shower shoes (Flip flops/Crocs) Iron and Ironing Board (please coordinate/share with roommates) Any items required for participation in athletics, i.e., personal protective gear, equipment Laptop (restricted use during RPT) Phone (restricted use during RPT) Alarm clock (restricted use during RPT) Medications (prescribed medications stored in original bottles as well as over-thecounter medications)

Suggested items to bring for use AFTER RPT*: Floor or desk lamp Free standing fan School supplies (notebooks, pens, calculator, etc.) Printer "Egg crate" or memory foam mattress pad Poster (1) Framed picture (1)

*These items can be stored during RPT or if you live locally, a family member can drop them off after RPT.

Items not allowed during the Fourth Class (First) Year: TV, DVD player Microwaves/toasters Refrigerators Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc. Coffee maker Closed-coil hot water heater Additional furniture Electric blankets, heating lamps, or pads Sound system
