St. William the Abbot School is pleased to invite you to participate in our 43rd Annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, December 7 from 10:00 AM ? 4:00 PM and Sunday, December 8 from 10:00 AM ? 4:00 PM in the school. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, firstserve basis. Only quality, HANDCRAFTED merchandise can be displayed. Please be advised that you may not be the only vendor selling a particular craft. We will do our best to keep vendors with similar items from being located next to one another; however, we will not be responsible for duplicate items.

The St. William the Abbot Christmas Fair crowds are attracted by our advertisements in over 20 publications, as well as 15 parish bulletins, 7 radio stations and various forms of social media. Our very successful Grand 50/50 Raffle, awarded Sunday afternoon, is the result of a parish mailing that goes out to over 5,800 parishioners and attracts many to attend.

We will have two entrances at the front and back of the school. This allows maximum traffic and shoppers throughout the school building.

To further attract shoppers for the beautiful crafts that our vendors have to offer, the Christmas Fair Committee will again make available beautiful Christmas plants and wreaths, delicious bakery items, pictures with Santa Claus, and much more. Our Food Court will be serving hot and cold food with a variety of beverages, as well as our usual breakfast selection of bagels, muffins, egg sandwiches, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available to purchase to start your day.

The final deadline for your application is November 19, although we cannot guarantee that we will not be sold out before that date, as has happened in the past. Confirmation letters will be mailed to you as soon as your application has been processed and accepted.

All fees are non-refundable and should be made out to St. William the Abbot, check or Money Order only. Returned checks will incur a $20 processing fee. Once you have filled out the application, please mail it, along with your payment, to: St. William the Abbot, 2000 Jackson Avenue, Seaford, NY 11783. ATTN: Christmas Fair Committee.
