ORDINANCES OF 1979, CHAPTER 28 ADOPTING THE BOSTON FIRE PREVENTION
CODE OF 1979 In the Year Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-nine
Be it ordained by the City Council of Boston as follows: SECTION 1. The City of Boston Code, Ordinances, Title 11, chapter 3, is hereby amended by inserting after section 81, the following section:
Section 82. (Boston Fire Prevention Code of 1979, attached hereto and incorporated herein.) SECTION 2. Chapter 3 of the Ordinances of 1959 is hereby repealed.
