Subject: Withdrawal of Circle K Premium House Blend Coffee Date: June 15, 2016

S&D Coffee & Tea is withdrawing select cases of Circle K Premium House blend Item # 27211

This withdrawal is the direct result of a recent product shipment in which the inner packaging was mislabeled as Premium House Blend Decaffeinated. This product is the Premium House Blend. No other S&D products or flavors are impacted.

To execute this withdrawal, the cooperation of Circle K Store Managers is requested. Stores that have the affected product should immediately remove and dispose of the product. Store Managers should also notify the Division Category Manager to arrange for replacement product.

Product Description

Item # 27211 100/2.5 Circle K Premium House Blend

The affected cases have a production date of 5/13/2016 and a Packer Id code of 108-3-161-0910. The Production Date is located on the case label in the lower left corner of the label. The Packer ID Code is located in the lower right corner of the case label. The case label does correctly identify the product as Circle K Premium House Blend, but the inner packaging will be mislabeled as Premium Decaf.
