Getting a Captain's Telephone Number and Email Address

Getting a Captain's Telephone Number and Email Address

You can get the telephone number, email address, and postal address of the opposing captains in your flight or sub-flight by going to the Team Captain Report. (This will provide you information only on the captains you will be playing, not other captains in the LATA League or even in your playing level.)

1)  Login to TennisLink.

2)  On the right hand side of the screen, enter your USTA number in the box under Captains and Coordinators and click on "Go."

3)  Confirm or correct your email address, and click on "continue."

4) At the bottom center of the screen, under "Report Drill-Down," click on "Leagues Advanced Search.

5) Select the Championship Year in the box at the top. (TennisLink won’t let you do anything else without first selecting the year.)

6) Do the "Drill Down Search" by choosing:

     Section: (USTA/Southern)

     District: (SC-Lexington-LATA)

League (The league in which you are playing.  Example:  LATA 2010 Spring Adult USA League Tennis)

Flight (The flight or level of your team.)

     Flight Subdivision (if applicable)

7) Click on Team Captain Report (last item in the top block)

Tip: Only team captains are allowed to view the Team Captain Report--and the only way TennisLink knows you are the captain is if you enter your USTA number when logging in. You can log in without using your USTA number, but then the Team Captain Report will not be available to you.
