It allows to access at (to) a fuel dispensing (3 product maximum) a vehicle or/and a person. It regroups in one device the site controller functions, the HMI interface (terminal) and product counting (metering). EasyC@rb is principally intented to basic architecture site (managing a single dispenser). Hence there is no rs485 local network to deploy.Even so, for the more important (“meaty”) site where the usage, for example, who requires the addition of terminal, calculator or the both. In consequence, the cabling in Rs485 protocol is necessary in.The EasyCarb Terminal manages a LCD screen divided in 2 separates zone. The upper display zone is used for the refueling (volume display, product, and nozzle)The lower display zone is constituted with 4 lines, 20 digits each. It’s used for managing authorization. The EasyC@rb terminal has got a 21 Alfa numeric keyboard (cell-phone type) with 21 keys. The EasyC@rb allows to:Identify a person with the following means:Alfa numeric keypad (cellular phone type) of 21 keys.Lafon badgesAbipass Lafon antennaISO2 Magnetic cardRFID badges (contactless)ISO 7816 Smart cardAfter identification, an authorization can be issued or denied for a refueling. The EasyC@rb license can’t manage access or washing. When To the lifted Nozzle, the delivery (dispensing) starts. Only 1 product is distributed (delivered, fueled, dispensed) at the same time. The Simultaneous mode:It’s defines with CS 1P, CS 2P or CS 3P signs who signify Simultaneous Counting 1 Nozzle, Simultaneous Counting 2 Nozzles, or Simultaneous Counting 3 Nozzles. From each lifted nozzle a filling is initialized. The dispensed volume amount who are displayed, is a single oneThe amount volume who displays inside the upper area display totalizes all the last transactions from each lifted nozzles. It displays them to a loop slideshow every 2 seconds.OrThe amount volume who displays in the upper area display totalizes all the last transactions from each lifted nozzles. it displays them to a loop slideshow every 2 seconds.(The volume's amount displayed and dispensed is a single one.)Respectively the channel A is for the first nozzle, B for the second and C for the third.Note:For a single nozzle, theses both functioning modes (1F 1P and CS 1P) are nearly the same.Counting channelFor each pulse entries, it can be possible to determinate the number of counting (metering) voices. To each pulse entry, it can be to define the number of counting channel (1 or 2). So, the fuel feature functioning can be tested with autonomous manner. This mode is very useful just to diagnose all the features like gauging, flow rate… It must be used as (like) the first help tool. The connected mode allows that it will be managed by the software management. The fuel delivery can be available only after the first user identification. This is the standard functioning mode.Pulse WeightA pulse weight is associated (linked) to each counting (metering) channel (3 channels maximum). This parameter (setting) is the average, the score between the… (This parameter is function of cyclical volume from meter and the associated pulser. (E.g.)For example:The programmed weight pulse to a 0.5 L (liter) cyclical volume meter with a 50 pulse’s 2 channel pulser is: P= 0.5/ (50*2*2) = 0.0025 L. So, it’s equal to 2500 ?L.From.GaugingAfter choosing the Nozzle, follow the recommended instructions has been displayed on. The system asks you to:Unhook a nozzle (well, the pumping device is commanded)Making a gauging. Re-lift the nozzle (When the gauging is done. Therefore, the engine and the pump group stop)Type the gauging amount onto the keyboard.
