|Important Things to Note: |
|ALL stores will have a specific set of POP materials that will be installed. Shipped to your home was a box from Valassis that contains (1) packet for each store assigned |
|to you. The store # is on the packing slip which is also included in the store specific packet. If you do NOT receive this shipment, you cannot visit the store assigned to |
|you. All stores will have various combinations of POP materials to install. Install what is included in packet for that specific store only. DO NOT install a packet that is|
|not assigned to that store! |

|Each store should have a YELLOW Valassis box which is used for storage of POP items and hardware needed to install items. |

|Each POP item has a tactic ID # printed on the item. You will need to provide reporting for each tactic ID# that is assigned to each store you are servicing |

|On your store specific work order, you will find a list of POP items that are assigned to that specific store which will need to be removed. If you cannot locate a POP item|
|on sales floor select the option “Yes Store Removed” when reporting. |
|Place any hardware in the YELLOW Valassis box which should be located in back room. If store does not have Yellow box note this on your work order and place hardware in |
|back room in the Materials Hold Area. |

|AUDIT INSTALLED POP ITEMS |
|Walk store to verify if store has any expired/out of date POP items installed |
|Out of date would be any POP items that are still on sales floor but have an expired date printed on the item. |
|Record total amount of POP items that are expired/out of date. |
| |
|NOTE: The item numbers loaded in the system for the Gourmet Nuts BladePOP tactics (0414_BP_4379) are: 41443791 and 41443792 to differentiate between each of the signs. |
| |
|NOTE: The item numbers loaded in the system for the Huggies BladePOP tactics (0414_BP_4400) are: 414444001 and 414444002 to differentiate between each of the signs. |

|AUDIT HOLDOVER MONITORED POP ITEMS – SELECT STORES ONLY CHECK POG ID ON WORK ORDER |
|The holdover item should be installed in the stores currently. If these POPs are installed currently, you can discard the POP in trash. If these items are not installed, |
|then install during visit. |
| |
|FLOOR POP INSTALLATION |
|The FloorPOP tactics: 0414_FP_4527 Food Reset Floor POPs are shown below: |

| |
|If a store has 3 food aisles, place 1 FloorPOP in between each food end cap. If a store has more than 3 food aisles, stagger the placement of the FloorPOP to every other |
|food aisle. |
|FloorPOP should be placed in between 2 food facing aisles in the main walkway so it can be easily seen by the customer before getting to the food aisle. |
|The arrow should ALWAYS point to the food aisle. |
|Wipe the floor with water to get all the dust and dirt off the floor |
|Completely dry the floor prior to installation |
|DO NOT PEEL the backing off the entire FloorPOP – Start at one end or corner. |
|Make sure the FloorPOP is square to the shelving and in the location in front of the product |
|Place one end down and squeegee out the air bubbles as the POP is placed on the floor. Continue to pull the backing while you squeegee. |
|You may need to pull the FloorPOP back up if there are wrinkles or excessive bubbling and re-apply |
|Make sure the edges are squeegee’d flat and wipe down the FloorPOP to remove any streaks. |

|NOTE: The item numbers loaded in the system for the Food FloorPOP tactics (0414_FP_4527) are: 41445271, 41445272, and 41445273, to differentiate between each of the signs.|

| |
|WEDGE INSTALLATION (APPROXIMATELY 1296 STORES) |
|Verify that the graphics are securely installed. |
|Rotate lock counterclockwise on bottom of the wedge to open. Slide Mounting plate down to remove from the wedge. |
|Pull Activation tab from battery compartment to activate the light in the wedge and then flip the switch to ON. |
|Slide the mounting plate back and rotate the lock clockwise to Close it. |
|Tilt the Wedge at a 45 Degree angle to place the bottom bracket & the locking screw behind the lip of the shelf |
|Tighten the locking screw securely to the shelf & make sure the wedge is securely fastened. |

|Take up to (3) photos of various POP installed; take (1) photo of the wedge if applicable; and (1) photo of the Floor POPs. |
