In our series of best sexual positions we have presented various positions for a number of conditions and circumstances.
This article gives the absolutely best sexual position for those couples who wish the deepest penetration possible.
About Deep Penetration
The truth is a woman’s anatomy (as is concerned with her uterus) is able to change shape depending on her position during the sexual act.
Some women are very interested in having as deep a penetration as possible (all the way to the cervix), and even if a man has a sufficiently long penis, the position assumed may not allow a deep enough penetration.
The Crab on Its Back
This position is the absolute best for deep penetration.
It is a man-on-top position, and it allows a great deal of facial contact of the partners.
It also gives the man the ability to thrust in robust manner, and the woman to return the thrusting with her own alternating movement.
The position is called the Crab on Its Back, and comes to us from both the Kama Sutra and the Arab classic, The Perfumed Garden.
How to Assume the Crab on Its Back Position
The woman will lie on her back on the bed, with her upper body only, and her buttocks placed near the edge of the bed, at the bottom corner.
Her legs are held open by the natural angle of the bed’s edge, and her legs hanging over the bed with her feet on the floor.
The man stands or bends over her, and easily penetrates her. At this time, the woman bends her knees backwards towards her breast, and resembles a crab on its back.
The man is supporting himself with his hands, but his torso and the woman’s are generally in very close contact.

The woman can pull her legs back further to allow the deepest penetration, and the man should be careful in his thrusting not to cause pain. The woman can rest one or both of her calves on the man’s shoulders.
The couple should move in a coordinated movement of thrust and repel for as long as possible. This will almost assure a synchronized orgasm if done correctly.
This position allows for maximum penetration and can be used by couples where the man may have only an average sized penis.
In this way, as the woman raises her hips off the bed, the man’s penis is fully penetrated, and to a maximum extent, the actual size of the man’s penis is not too important, as penetration is at a very deep level
Maximizing the Orgasm
In this position the orgasm will come to the woman with deep and intense spasm and contractions.

The Best Sexual Position for Older Guys

In the best sexual position series, we have endeavored to bring you new and pertinent sex health information not readily available elsewhere. In this article we discuss the best sexual position for an older man use. Our authority will be Errol Flynn.
Errol Flynn
The famous phrase “in like Flynn” seemed to appear in the early 1940s when Errol was on trial for “statutory rape” of two under-aged girls. The girls were 18 and Errol was 33.
Errol was acquitted, but human nature being what it was, his reputation was fixed thereafter.
The incident, and a great more detail can be found in Errol’s own book, ‘My Wicked Wicked Ways’. However, a quote by Nor a Eddington (later to be one of Flynn’s wives) commenting on the trial,
“I seriously doubt it; a guy like Flynn doesn't have to rape a girl. His problem is how to prevent them from raping him."
Flynn lived until only 50, and died on his yacht while with his girlfriend.
It is from one of his many women (always much younger than himself) where we found Flynn’s favorite (and best) sexual position. There is no way to prove the information is correct, but sincere research into his, and the lives of other sexual masters, bears out some similarities that gives credence to our information.
Flynn was a heavy drinker, used opium and smoked continuously (both tobacco and cannabis). Sex under those conditions, and with younger women, would prove also additional evidence that our information is correct.
The Flynn Position
This will be a woman on top position, but in three variations. The first is the woman mounting the man astride, where the man simply lies down, and the woman mounts him, and herself facilitates penetration.
The woman will support herself while resting her hands on the man’s chest, and do all the movement, in a bump and grind, and then forward churning motion.
At this point the man grabs the woman’s back and pulls her down to him, chest to breast. At this point the man starts thrusting, and the woman will be able to kiss the man, or put her head slightly to the side of his. Women tend to orgasm very quickly in this position.
The Flynn position will then shift with the woman, now sitting up aside again, but still penetrated, swivel to face away from the man. The man has now a wonderful view of his penetration, and the woman’s buttocks and genital area.
The man facilitates the woman in rising and falling on his penis, and then, the woman, while fully penetrated, goes back to her churning movement, rubbing very hard her clitoral area against the man’s. Again, orgasm for the woman can arrive very quickly and profoundly.
A Note on the Flynn Position
Our hero, Errol, had by reputation, great powers of self-control (over his climax and ejaculation). The position above would prove out to facilitate that control, except for the middle pose where the woman and man are chest to breast.

One special situation is for spontaneous sex, and this is something that is totally unpredictable, and thus, knowing the best sexual position in advance can make the magic of a spontaneous sexual encounter last in your memory forever.
Spontaneous Sexual Encounters
Often portrayed in films and written about in books, the spontaneous sexual encounter is more or less another name for the Americanized word, ‘quickie’.
This will be sex in the office, or out of doors, in an elevator, or even an airplane.
The quickie will give you from 1 to 5 minutes maximum, and often there will be a space problem. The other problem is clothing, and for the spontaneous encounter, you will need to keep as much of your clothing on as possible, as in spontaneous sexual encounters, there is always the risk of being “caught in the act”.
The Best Sexual Position for Spontaneous Sexual Encounters
The very best is called the standing spoons. Assuming the encounter begins by kissing, once the couple have passed the moment of decision (to or not to), then the man must turn the woman around so she has to back to the man.
The clothes on the upper part of the body are not required to be removed (regardless of how it is done in films), and concentrate on getting the lower clothes to the knees at least or better the ankles. The man then embraces the woman with one arm, and uses the other to position himself.
The woman does the same. One arm is used to hold the man, usually around his neck, but holding her arm back over her own head, and the other is used to facilitate penetration.
Both the man and woman bend their knees slightly, and come together very closely, like two spoons resting together. As penetration is made the couple move in unison with push and recoil.
This is the action, and as entry was made from the rear, both the g-spot and the clitoris are stimulated.
It is very much like a dance, and indeed the movements from new club dancing should be used if the couple understands how to do it.
The very term spontaneous often means that there is not enough time to prepare for all eventualities.
That means, that use of a condom may not be possible.

The Thin Man and Corpulent Woman
The man must consider the best sexual position for them is sideways.
The man lays the woman on her side, and taking her thigh on the top leg, raises it as high as possible on his own upper leg, so much so, that it will rest on his waist.
The man will use the woman’s lower arm as a pillow for his head, and a real pillow under his own lower hip (to make sure his penis is at the correct height to penetrate the woman).
This is done as the woman’s thighs will be very thick, and thus without height adjustment, the man will not be in a position to penetrate the woman.
The couple, now joined, can thrust together (the man pushes and woman recedes, then the woman pushes and the man recedes). This is best sexual position for the thin man and the fat woman.
The Thin Woman and Corpulent Man
There are more variations for a thin woman and a fat man, but the following is by far the best. The man lies on his back with his legs flat. His fat stomach will, on account of gravity, spread out evenly.
The woman mounts the man, and with her knees and hands on the bed (or floor) the man grabs her arms. She must move in the characteristic moves of the belly dancer (or bump and grind).

The Kama Sutra, is an ancient Hindu book which was and still is a guide to human behavior, including sexual behavior.
It is organized in seven sections which address the seven ages of a man.

Actually only 20% of the Kama Sutra is about sexual techniques. This section (two) contains a total of 8 sexual positions, of which each has 8 variants, so you end up with 64 positions for the joining of a man and woman, This section is often mistaken as being the whole of the Kama Sutra.
Section three gives the secrets of seducing and copulating with a virgin, but no sexual techniques, only advice. The following 4th section is the book of the householder, and the man marries with much advice about the home and family.

The next section assume the man has tired with other men’s wives, so it focus’ on relations with prostitutes (or more mildly called courtesans, but it means the same thing. The last section finds the man in his 7th stage, and in fear of losing his sexual potency and libido, so it gives recipes for regaining them (somewhat like today’s Viagra). The man is advised to boil sparrows' eggs in milk and then mix in ghee (clarified butter) and honey. It is meant to revive the man’s potency.

Returning to the second section, we will cover three very interesting and highly sexual positions for maximum enjoyment by both the man and the woman.
The first of these positions is called “The Coil”. This is perhaps the best position for a woman to arrive quickly at a deep and profound orgasm. Lady Chatterly's Lover - Sexual Positions

Lady Chatterly is young, beautiful, and highly sexual and needs satisfaction.
The book “Lady Chatterly’s Lover” is about one Lady Chatterly and the unhappy state of her married life she is married to a wealthy mine owner Sir Clifford Chatterly.
War wounds he had received made him paralyzed and impotent and she begins to explore her sexual feelings else where.
After a brief affair with a young playwright, she begins what appears to be a fulfilling and passionate relationship with Sir Clifford’s game keeper, Oliver Mellor’s.
However she soon becomes pregnant. In this state she seeks a divorce from Sir Clifford Chatterly.
He refuses to give her a divorce and this leaves Lady Chatterly and Oliver waiting only in the hope that Sir Clifford may die (he doesn’t), so they may be free to legitimatize their relations.
The book was fraught with moral and social questions.
Although the book by D.H. Lawrence was considered obscene, and banned in many places, in 1960 all prohibitions were lifted, it became a run-away best seller.
In the book, Lady Chatterly is described as highly sexual and sensual, lustful. The initial meetings with Oliver were hurried, full to stress and anxiety, and filled with passion.
Lady Chatterly – Sexual preferences
From a close study of the wording, and understanding that explicit sexual scenes were not allowed at all, we find Oliver and Constance have sex in the Conservatory (Greenhouse). Both were fully clothed, and had to open what needed to be opened.
It appears that Lady Chatterly loved to be taken from the rear, and in a standing doggy position. She would turn slightly at the waste and kiss her lover while he kept thrusting.
She also liked, it can be deduced, a face to face standing position, also fully clothed. This is not easy to negotiate, as the clothes were heavy and layered. Oliver was very strong, and

Sex Positions For The Best Sex Ever

Popular imagery can make us all feel inferior and inadequate when it comes to getting into bed and making love. Men "should" be studs who thrust away for hours until their lover collapses in a moaning exhausted heap, after of course she's had five mind-blowing orgasms in a row. Women "should" be moaning goddesses who come as their man thrusts deep into them while he holds them firmly and takes them to ecstasy. At least, that's what you might think if you get your ideas of lovemaking from most romantic movies.
(If you get your ideas about sex from porn films, then you might have an even more unrealistic view of sex. Men with nine inch erections dispassionately using women for their own pleasure is definitely not normal.)
The truth, of course, as many of us suspect from our own experience of sex, is that most men come quite quickly, and many don't know how to control their ejaculation - or they've long since given up trying to - while most women never come at all during vaginal intercourse. That may be hard to believe; maybe you even think there's something wrong with you if you're a man who can't make love for ages or you're a woman who can't come during intercourse, but the research confirms these things are normal.
One survey, by VulvaVelvet, revealed that less than 20% of women (i.e. 1 woman in 5) always expects to come during intercourse without any additonal clitoral stimulation. Other surveys have produced similar results: about 20 years ago, Shere Hite's research showed that only 26% of women were able to reach orgasm during intercourse without clitoral stimulation. Most of the rest never did, and then only if they had a helping hand on their clitoris. And nothing seems to have changed as time has gone by!
However, maybe this is missing the point. Maybe we should be asking, "Does this matter?" I guess the answer depends on what each woman wants. If what she actually wants is to have sex last longer, for it to involve more touching, carressing, oral sex and intimacy before penetration, and to have one or more orgasms during this time, then the solution lies in her man taking a different approach to sex. If, however, what she wants is to have an orgasm during vaginal intercourse, then she needs a sex position that is more likely to deliver it - and a man who can last long enough to make sure it happens.
Hmm...now that begins to sound a bit more challenging.
So, here are some ideas that may help. I'm going to assume that most women need a finger or hand on their clitoris, or some other kind of clitoral stimulation, to reach orgasm, during intercourse or not. Whether or not a woman can come from vaginal thrusting alone may have more to do with the mystery of the G-spot and the reality - or otherwise - of the vaginal orgasm.
The idea here is to offer ideas about some sex positions that can help a woman reach orgasm during intercourse, one way or another.
First then, is the good old man on top or missionary position. You'll have noticed, no doubt, that normally the penis doesn't go anywhere near the clitoris during intercourse. But the "normal" man on top position can be modified so that there's more clitoral stimulation, using what's called the Coital Alignment Technique.
After the man enters his partner, face to face, him on top, he shifts his body higher up, so that his penis is entering her vagina from a sharper angle. The base of his penis will then be pressed against the area of her clitoris. The thing is, he doesn't thrust. In fact, he pretty much lies on his partner with his body shifted up hers, and the couple rock their pelvises against each other until they both come.
This can also be tried with the woman on top, which is likely to be more successful if the man is heavy.
The next likely candidate for a magnificent orgasm is the woman on top position. The reason this can be good for her is that she can move at the pace, and adjust the angle and depth of penetration so that she gets the stimulation on her clitoris and vagina most likely to bring her to orgasm.
The same idea but with the woman facing away from the man is a position called the "Reverse Cowgirl". You can work that name out for yourselves, I'm sure!
There are another two positions to consider if you're into orgasmic intercourse. First off, if rear entry does it for you, there's ample opportunity in this position for either partner to play with her clitoris during sex. Timing it so that she comes before he does is crucial, and he may need to slow down or stop thrusting during sex to allow her to get near her orgasm. If you time it right, you may even be able to reach your orgasms at the same time.
And finally, in this roll call of positions for orgasm, is the side by side, facing each other position. It's much more romantic than the rear entry position, which some women think is a bit impersonal, and it allows for both gentle, slow lovemaking and faster thrusting. Either he or she can easily reach down and play with her clitoris, keeping the pace right until it's time to climax.
