Digits READ ME FIRST

In order to properly license and deploy apps to iPads, we need to have a license for each device that the app is on. Apple instituted the Volume Purchasing Program (VPP) in order to facilitate this process. The program is a work in progress and there will probably be things that need to be changed along the way. ................
