Earlier in the school year we have looked at the different food groups and how each one can help our bodies.We would like you to complete the following activities to revise and extend your knowledge of healthy eating. Task 1Create a mind map of the different food groups and list some examples of foods you would find in each group. Task 2. Design a healthy daily menu to include 3 meals per day and 2 snacks.
