8 pkg manicotti shells OR 16 pkg conchiglioni (jumbo shells) 2 beaten eggs. 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz) 2 C ricotta cheese. 1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese. 1 T snipped parsley. ¼ t pepper. 2 C Hot ‘n’ spicy sauce. ¼ C grated parmesan or Romano cheese. Cook manicotti or conchiglioni until al dente and then immediately drain. ................
