Guest Fees

Weekdays (Monday--Thursday):

Adults $30.00 (ages 17+) Children $15.00 (ages 4-16)

Weekends (Friday--Sunday):

Adults $40.00 (ages 17+) Children $20.00 (ages 4-16)

Memorial Day Weekend (5/23 ? 5/25), Fourth of July Weekend (7/3 ? 7/5) and Labor Day Weekend (9/4 ? 9/7):

Adults $50.00 in advance OR $100.00 at the welcome center

Children $25.00 in advance OR $50.00 at the welcome center

Daily Parking Fees

Beach Club Policies:

All members must swipe their 2020 ID cards whenever entering the club in order for management to adjust staffing in the event of a growing attendance

All cars entering the grounds must either present their active parking pass or pay guest parking fees to enter (see guest fees)

Double parking &/or illegal parking will result in twice the parking fee; 3rd offense will result in a booting at owner's expense

Replacement fees for ID cards costs $10 & $25 for parking passes

No electrical work or plumbing can be performed in any cabana without the permission & supervision of management. Any improvements to cabanas become property of the VIP

Any carpets in front of cabanas cannot be tackled, nailed or glued to decks--must be an area style rug

Scrip (used for food, beverages, and guests) can be purchased & electronically added at any register

Any chaise lounges, Adirondacks, dining chairs, and umbrellas in common areas are for the use of all members & guests on a first come, first serve basis. No chairs, chaises, Adirondacks, or umbrellas should be removed from the pool deck, caf?, beach bar, or grove area and/or kept in front or inside cabanas.

Members will be charged for any damage to cabanas. Parents/guardians for that day are responsible for any family member or guest vandalizing the grounds. Such behavior can & may result in expulsion from club & revoking of all membership privileges

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Blue receptacles located throughout the facility to assist in recycling

Beach Club Policies Continued:

Vulgar language, fighting, or obscene gestures of any type will not be tolerated in our family atmosphere. This can & may result in expulsion from club & revoking of all membership privileges

Disrespecting employees will not be tolerated and can & may result in expulsion from club & revoking of all membership privileges. If you have an issue with an employee, please reach out to management immediately.

Smoking ONLY allowed in designated areas (beach bar & under the grove)

The VIP is NOT responsible for any personal items in cabanas. All belongings & furniture must be removed from cabanas & locks must be removed from cabinettes within 2 weeks following Labor Day

For the safety of all, NO bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, or scooters allowed on site for any reason

Excessive amounts of food are NOT permitted on site--NO large aluminum catering trays/ wired chafing dishes (FULL CATERING MUST BE DONE BY THE VIP) ; Service charge if outside catering takes place at $15/ person

Unauthorized refrigerators, coolers, & any unauthorized appliance (i.e. microwaves) are not permitted on the premises at any time

OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC beverages are ILLEGAL. NO outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on club grounds

Management reserves the right to inspect any locker or cabana at any time

Special Events:

On Friday nights, after 5pm, there is a $10 guest fee for any guest 21 & over & a guest fee of $15 for any guest under 21 years of age. There is a $5 parking fee if without a valid parking pass

Weather Permitting: Friday night & Sunday afternoon BBQs

Pools & Beach:

No member or guest should be in or on the pool deck before 10am or after 8:30pm

Young children must be accompanied by an adult while swimming

Children not yet toilet trained MUST wear waterproof swim diapers in all pools as per Department of Health. Failure to do so can result in shutting pools down to sanitize

ABSOLUTELY no HARD ball playing in any of our pools for the safety of all

Swimming lessons are available by appointment; rates are $30.00 for a 45minute lesson per child

No small toys (including balloons) in or around pool decks as it leads into tripping hazards and can break pool filters, resulting in pool shut down

For the safety of all, please don't talk to lifeguards while on duty

NO glass of any kind allowed on grounds

NO running on pool deck

NO sitting or touching pool divider rope

Club 600:

After 9:30pm, must be at least 25 years old OR 21 & accompanied by parent

June 1--Sept. 2: dress shorts & dress jeans allowed

Sept. 3--May 31: no shorts allowed

NO tees, flip flops, or sneakers

Reservations required--to serve YOU better!

Entrance on side of VIP main building, through 600 awning
