TO QUALIFY FOR A HORSELESS CARRIAGE LICENSE PLATE THE VEHICLE MUST BE AT LEAST THIRTY-FIVE (35) YEARS OLD, OWNED AS A COLLECTOR'S ITEM AND USED SOLELY FOR EXHIBITION AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSED.

Vehicle owner or purchaser will receive a new certificate of title, a five year registration and Horseless Carriage license plate upon proper completion and submission of: ? Form MVD-10056 Application for Horseless Carriage Certification ? Proof of Insurance or Financial Responsibility ? Title and Registration Fee of $14.50 Do not send cash. ? Completed Engine or Secondary Number if different than primary Vehicle (VIN) Identification Number

The initial registration is valid for five years. Registration renewal fee is $9.50 for each subsequent five year period.

NOTE: A vehicle displaying a horseless carriage plate may be used solely for exhibition or educational purposes. If you wish to apply for a regular license plate the vehicle will be subject to inspection for safety equipment as required by state & federal statutes. Regular registration fees will apply.
