How can I get on-line? Wi-Fi is complimentary in the lobby and public areas of the Renaissance. Attendees staying at the hotel can purchase Wi-Fi in their guest room.

Where are the bathrooms, the meeting space, etc....? Please see the hotel map. There are elevators and escalators in the meeting space. Bathrooms are located on the Ballroom Level and the Meeting Room Level.

What is the general dress code for the conference? The dress code for the conference is business casual.

Where can I download presentations?

Download the conference app on your smart device. In your mobile device application store, search for The Institute of Internal Auditors.

You may also access the APP via your computer by going to: conferenceapp

Presentations can be found in the app's schedule on The IIA's conference event. Click on the "Handouts" icon.

NOTE: Not all presenters make their presentations available for attendees post conference.

When/how do I get my CPE Certificate? Approximately 2 - 4 weeks after the conference you will be emailed a copy of your CPE Certificate.

How do I earn CPE's? Attendees must scan their badge at the self-scanners located outside of each session room prior to entering.

Where can I make copies/print? The FedEx Business Center can take care of all of your office needs.

Where can I print out my boarding pass? Boarding passes can be printed in the FedEx Business Center. It is located on the Ballroom Level of the hotel and is open Monday ? Friday from 7:00 am ? 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am ? 1:00 pm.

Is there wheelchair access? The hotel is wheelchair friendly. There are several elevators throughout the hotel and convention center, and all areas of the hotel are accessible. For more information, call the hotel general manager.

What is the closest airport to the hotel? The closest airport to the Renaissance is Reagan National Airport (DCA). It is approximately 5 miles from the hotel, which represents a 15 to 20 minute car ride.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, and to local activities such as shopping?

Taxis, limousines, shuttles, buses and vans can be arranged to transport you and your group from Reagan National Airport (DCA). Please contact the Concierge desk at 202-8989000 for rates and information.

From Reagan National Airport the hotel is accessible via the Gallery Place - Chinatown stop on the Yellow line of the Metro. The hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk from the station.

Taxis are also readily available at the airport for your convenience. The cost is approximately $25 (plus tip) from Reagan National Airport to the hotel.

How much does parking cost? The Renaissance offers on-site parking for $35/day, plus $8.10 tax and valet parking for $53.10/day, inclusive of tax. In/out privileges are included in daily fee. No vans allowed in garage.

Where can you smoke within the hotel? The Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel is a smoke free property.

Is there a Fitness Center and where is it located?

VIDA Fitness is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Access is complimentary for all Renaissance guests. The hotel also has jogging/walking maps available.

Where can I get something to eat? For those not eating with the conference, or eating at times outside the conference meals, the Renaissance has many dining options on-site.
