So if you want to avoid that happening, you must create a backup file for your entire PC and save it as a backup file.Reason 2 for maintaining your systemAnother reason to maintain your system is to keep it dust free at all times because when the pc gets hot it collects massive amount of dust, this can reduce its performance and also its lifespan. To prevent this from happening you can buy a spray filled with compressed air to blow off all the dust away. The CEO’s machine had a fault of not being able to log in to the computer. The optical drives also develop some problems with the disc unable to read the data inside of it. The CEO is unfortunate that the computer takes a long while to boot up and he would like to increase the performance. Central Employment is interested in upgrading their systems by having a hand written documents scanner into the computer database. Central employment would also like to be able to copy data form one optical disc to another by allowing the data to be transferred to the clients without extra paperwork. The company also needs some software requirements; they need a website so that they can communicate on an email. The third party is coming to install the Ethernet cable so I need to give them the switch and the router. The limits for the CNN IT Consultants provide suitable hardware components or an external device. There is a maximum budget is ?250. The company can’t have a wireless router right now so it’s got to be cabled. Optical Character Recognition is a scanner that can recognise the characters form a word documents.
