Create Fillable PDFTo create PDF files, you have to use a software named “Adobe Acrobat Pro 9” on Terminal Server 9.Type “remote desktop” in “Windows search bar” (Pic 1) -- > Connect to “ts9.wou.edu” through Remote Desktop (Pic 2) The easy way to make a fillable PDF file is to create it from an existing electronic file such as Microsoft Word document or even text files. Here we used a Microsoft document.Open “Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro”, click “Start Form Wizard” under drop down list “Forms”It asks if you want to open a form from; an existing electronic document, A paper form, or no existing form. You select existing electronic form and it will let you upload your application.The software will automatically create some fillable textboxes/buttons. From here one can right click to get to text field but it has to be outside the fillable textboxes that were created. You can continue with right clicking and creating a new text field box for every area that you want a fillable textbox. If you copy and paste text boxes, make sure that they are in order in the fields section on the left side of your screen. Once finished with step four and your ready to save (the document cannot be saved prior to this) go to the top right of the page and click Close Form Editing. From there go to the Advanced tab and select Extend Features in Adobe Reader and a box will pop up, select Save Now. ................
