Thank you for booking your party with us!If your party is scheduled for Friday 7-11. Please arrive at 7:00pm so you are able to make changes, decorate (if not using what we supply), ask questions, etc. We will also need your guest list at that time.If your party is scheduled for Saturday 1-6. Please arrive at 3:00pm so you are able to make changes, decorate (if not using what we supply), ask questions, etc. We will also need your guest list at that time.Please review the “Golden Glide Party Tips” below:Balances are collected upon arrival at the cashier windowOur party room is not “Private” it is very possible another party could be happening at the same time with appropriate seating provided.Please invite your guests to arrive at the time we open. This will allow skate time before and after the party.Please send your guest list via email or drop off at the rink during one of our scheduled sessions. We must have your guest list prior to the day of your party. If we do not have your COMPLETED guest list your guest will have to pay admission to enter the rink or wait until you arrive with the list (No Refunds will be given)We do not accept blank guest list and we do not alter guest list. Once your party has begun in the party room your list is CLOSEDALL additional guest must be paid for prior to your party beginningYou have 45 minutes in the party roomIf you bring decorations you will be able to decorate 15 minute prior to your party time (remember your party must start on time. Try not run into your actual party time)Please do not alter the party room. Do not tape anything on the walls, or hang items from the ceiling. Pi?atas or confetti is not allowed.Your skate time for your guest is our entire session. Your eat time is the 45 min when your food is served. Once your party ends please allow the host to place your cake in our concession area. You can it pick up before leaving.
