* APR - Annual Percentage Rate. Promotional offer applies only to amounts transferred to your Nordstrom Federal Credit Union VISA credit card. A VISA Balance from a current Nordstrom Federal Credit Union VISA does not qualify. Promotional rate will apply toward transferred balanced for the life of that balance. All new purchases will be subject to your regular APR.

Balance transfer requests are approved based on available credit line. To apply for a VISA credit line increase, contact the credit union at (800) 666-7328. By signing above you authorize Nordstrom Federal Credit Union to transfer the above balance to your Nordstrom Federal Credit Union VISA credit card as indicated. I understand that the finance charges on the transfered amount begin to accrue on the date that the check is prepared and mailed by Nordstrom Federal Credit Union's card processor.

Please note: 1) This balance transfer form must be completed accurate and legibly. 2) Please be advised not to transfer the amount of any disputed purchase or other charge, as you may lose your rights to dispute that purchase or charge. 3) The balance transfer request will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt by Nordstrom Federal Credit Union. Please continue to make the minimum payment of the designated credit card account until that credit card issuer notifies you that the balance has been transfered. Payment of the amount authorized by you may or may not pay off the outstanding balance on the other credit card account. Nordstrom Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any remaining balance, finance charge, or other charge (resulting from the balance transfer or any missed payments) on the other credit card account.
