Instructions for changing your Mediacom wireless internet password

To change your wireless password:

A. Let's establish your "Username" ? it will start with the letter "e" or "w" depending on what tower you are located followed by your 3 digit unit number, then followed by "regency" Example: If your unit number is W509, then your ID is "w509regency"

B. Log on to C. For "Passphrase" enter "mediacom16" D. Select "Login" - This will open to the main "Control Panel" page E. On the left side of the "Control Panel" page, find the box entitled "My Wireless Network" F. Select the word "WiFi" ? this will change the right side of the page to show your current

"Network Name (SSID)" and "Passphrase" G. Change your "Network Name (SSID)" or "Passphrase" as needed H. Select the "Save" button that will appear in the right top of page when changes have taken

place.
