SAFE EXAM BROWSER DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, AND LAUNCH INSTRUCTIONS

WINDOWS SEB INSTALLATION & LAUNCH INSTALLING SAFE EXAM BROWSER ON WINDOWS

1. Open an Internet browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

2. Navigate to the following page:

3. Click on the Download link for Windows.

4. Once the download is complete, open the file. This may vary based on the browser you use and your preferred download destination. Opening this file will start the InstallShield Wizard

5. Click Next

6. Accept and click Next 7. Verify the Destination Folder and click Install

WINDOWS PAEA LAUNCH FILE DOWNLOAD PAEA LAUNCH FILE

The PAEA Launch File must be downloaded in order to use the Safe Exam Browser for the PAEA End of Curriculum exam. We recommend you do this in advance of exam day and test it.

1. Open an Internet browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

2. Navigate to the following page:

3. Click on the Download PAEA Launch File link for Windows.

4. Once it is downloaded, move the PAEA Launch File to a location that will be easy to find on exam day. We recommend putting it on the Desktop.

LAUNCH SAFE EXAM BROWSER ON WINDOWS LAUNCH EXAM

Please make sure that you have installed SEB and downloaded the PAEA Launch File before attempting to launch the exam.

1. Double click on the PAEA Launch File to launch Safe Exam Browser.

2. Sign in to ExamDriver, await proctor authorization, and launch the exam.
