Class Descriptions:

SPINNING: The Spinning program is the original and most recognized name in indoor cycling. The ClassRoom follows the 5 energy zones with recommended heart rate ranges. We are a Mad Dogg certified Spinning facility, all instructors are Mad Dogg certified under the Spinning program.

HONORS CLASSES: This includes: HONORS ARMS, HONORS LEGS and HONORS ABS. I designed this program to be completely weight training focused. Emphasizing form, primary and secondary muscle groups, as well as the benefits of educating participants on order of exercises, precision of movement and challenging each student to increase weight weekly and monthly.

KETTLEBELL: This class will improve overall strength, muscular force production and joint stability. Cast Iron Kettle bells are provided to take you through an efficient workout with focus on form, posture and the appropriate biomechanics.

CARDIO/MAXFIT: This series focuses on building an aerobics base, reaching anaerobic threshold and maximizing calories burned. The class is choreographed by each instructor with creative freedom.

TOTAL BODY TUITION: This is the Cadillac of all classes! This class is part of the HONORS series. You pay up in calories left on the floor and insane energy gained! I love to teach this class, carefully creating a perfect mix of Hi/Low, HIIT, plyometrics, and strength training! A true lesson in fitness!

PILATES: Ballet inspired workout that improves flexibility, posture, builds strength and develops control of the entire body. Emphasis in class is placed on strong core, alignment, breathing, coordination and balance.

CLASSROOM SCULPT: This class will get you lean, toned and STRONG! Total body weight training class that emphasis muscle confusion through rep/set challenges. Barbells are provided as well as free weights.

-Please notify your instructor of ANY limitations you may have

-Please wear ONLY CLEAN SHOES on the aerobics floor and on Spinning bikes. Wet shoes or debris on shoes will damage bikes as -well as aerobics floor -We encourage ALL students to invest in a heart rate monitor
