On Friday, your parents/carers should test you – use the back of your jotter for this. Make sure you understand all your weekly spelling words too! 3.Year Book activity: interview questions Ask someone at home to interview you, using the questions below. You can record yourself answering the questions and then write your answers after. Make sure you have a written version of your answers and send me an image of this either through direct message or email it in to CVPrimary7@What is your name, and how old are you?What are your hobbies?Who are your friends at school?What is your favourite/least favourite subject at school?What was the most interesting/fun topic you did at school?What five adjectives would describe you?What do you want to become when you are older?Who do you admire, and why do you admire them? What are your hopes for high school?4. Read the next chapter of your book. If you could meet any character from your book, who would it be and why? What 5 interesting questions would you ask them and why? Write each question and a short explanation why you want to ask that question.5. WW2 revision - Can you remember and research some of the main events from WW2? Make a timeline of what you think were some of the main events of the war. How many cards does he have left?3.Numbers of the week: (i) 45-Double this number, take away a 1/2, add 400, subtract 225. What is ? of this number?(ii) 67990 - multiply it by 12, find 25% and subtract it, add 5392. How many different sums can you make to give you this same answer?4.Draw a plan of your bedroom/living room. Pyramid (i) Make this 2D shape using sticks, pens, pencils (the objects don’t have to be the same size and they can overlap if needed) ii. write the names of all the shapes you can see. You Can do this in your jotter or use chalk and write on the pavement (iii) Can you make a 3D version of the original shape?1.Get your daily PE lesson on YouTube, with Joe Wicks, The Body Coach. 2.Resilience- Challenge your mindset: Achievements poster.Create a poster illustrating all the things you have accomplished during your time in Castleview. It could be overcoming a tricky maths topic, overcoming fears about Benmore, making new friends, pushing yourself with a tricky PE activity, making up with friends after an argument 3. Spanish: Can you practise saying different animals’ names in Spanish? ? Write each animals name in Spanish and draw an illustration of the animal beside 10 animals of your choice. Use this video to help you. practise your manga drawing skills by using this video tutorial we previously used and draw a face in manga style. Each week, we will be adding to our manga skills. Don’t forget to send me pictures of your amazing work. You can follow the tutorial with or without the audio. Keep up with your daily walk or run.
