Then click-and-drag the undocked photo onto the transparent layer. Go to Edit > Free Transform and resize your image. Hold Shift while doing this so you keep the correct proportion of your image. Make sure you have selected as shown below.302895014478020859751543053321054740311004552327300Use the black and white gradient shown above – click on the Gradient tool on the photo at the spot you’d like to be 100% transparent and drag to the right to the spot where you’d like to be 100% solid. You may need to try this step a few times. (Start dragging well inside the edge of the photo because you want that hard edge to be transparent.)Manually refine the blend by switching to the Brush Tool (B), choosing a soft-edged brush, setting your Foreground color to black, lowering the brush opacity, and painting on the layer mask. Paint over the edges, increasing the opacity and blending it with your base photo. The photos should blend and look like they are part of the base photo.REPEAT STEPS 8-11 FOR THE REST OF THE APPLIED PHOTOS. Save your photo as Montage.tiff in your H-Drive/Photo Digital 2/Photoshop 5 folder. ................
