FOOD PRESERVATION

1 box (1 ¾ oz.) powdered fruit pectin. Crush enough blueberries to make 4 C. Put into 8 qt. saucepot. Add 2 Tbl. lemon juice, ¼ tsp. cinnamon, ¼ tsp. cloves, and ¼ tsp. allspice. Measure 4 C. sugar separately. Mix 1 box (1 ¾ oz.) powdered fruit pectin into fruit in saucepot. Place over high heat; stir until mixture comes to a full boil. ................
