A SUPPLIER selected by TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC and supported by an ADVERTISING CREDIT PROMISSORY NOTE issued by HOWSE SERVICES, INC ("HOWSE", a Texas, USA, Corporation wholly owned by TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC) may order any items that a BUYER may want, from any vendors, to be provided to TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC, charging 150% of vendor pricing.

Thus, by ordering from other vendors for resell, a SUPPLIER may profit from purchasing!

A BUYER (including a SUPPLIER making a purchase) may use an ADVERTISING CREDIT PROMISSORY NOTE, owned by the BUYER or by a SUPPLIER with whom a BUYER may negotiate to use a NOTE owned by the SUPPLIER, as collateral to repetitively issue PURCHASE ORDERS and to execute REPURCHASE AGREEMENTS as described herein below. This repetitive non-depletion benefit arguably makes an ADVERTISING CREDIT PROMISSORY NOTE the most valuable of financial instruments!

A BUYER may engage the services of an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR to have a PURCHASE ORDER structured by a MASTER CENTER (designated by TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC) and issued to TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC, offering to pay 225% of the prices charged by the vendors to the SUPPLIER.

The PURCHASE ORDER may include items and services requested by the BUYER (at 225% of prices charged by the vendors) and may include equal value of ADVERTISING CREDITS (at 25% of their face value) purchased from TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC.

A REPURCHASE AGREEMENT may be prepared by a MASTER CENTER through which TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC may repurchase the ADVERTISING CREDITS at full face value.

The REPURCHASE AGREEMENT may provide funds for full payment for the PURCHASE ORDER, allowing the BUYER to obtain the items ordered; plus, receive an amount equal to the full payment for the PURCHASE ORDER as profit; from the repurchase of the ADVERTISING CREDITS by TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC.

Thus, through a a REPURCHASE AGREEMENT, a BUYER may profit from purchasing!

Payment may be provided by TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC depositing UNITED STATES DOLLARS value in restricted accounts selected by TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC; and, thereafter exchanging that value for deposits in coordinates specified by the party selling the ADVERTISING CREDITS, through PAY ORDERS as per:
