Documentation for BAL 2019 Computers

Please NO food or drink in the lab.

DO NOT allow your students to reset the preferences especially for the screen resolution, the desktop, or the icon dock. We have a lot of access on these machines we’ve not had before. If our TSP has to reset the machines all the time, we will loose those privileges.

Also, do not reset the teacher’s station monitor. It causes problems with the projector.

If your students leave the VMFusion Ware (Windows XP mode) set to full screen size (in other words you can’t see the Mac icon dock), please either have them or yourself use Control + Command (ζ) + S to exit full screen view.

Be certain to have your students exit VMWare. If they do not, their accounts are at risk.
