Non Push-to-Start Vehicles

1 When the module is plugged in, the LED will turn and stay ON.

2 Insert a valid key into the ignition switch.

3 Once the key is inserted, the LED on the module will flash quickly and will then turn OFF, indicating that it has been successfully programmed.

Remove Key

If the red LED stays ON solid, remove the key and repeat step 1. However, if the LED turns ON solid red for 3 seconds and then turns OFF, the module is already programmed.

Push-to-Start Vehicles

1 Open the OEM remote, remove the circuit board and remove the battery.

HOLD

2 Verify that there is no other OEM remote near the vehicle, then place the circuit board agains the Push-to-Start button.

3 When the module is plugged in, the LED will turn and stay ON.

Solid Red

4 Press and hold the Push-to-Start button. The LED will start flashing to indicate that the module is in learning mode.

If the red LED stays ON solid, remove the key and repeat step 1. However, if the LED turns ON solid red for 3 seconds and then turns OFF, the module is already programmed.

5 The LED will turn OFF once the module is programmed. Release the Push-to-Start button and reassemble the remote. To reset the module, you will need to re-flash it first.
