Loan proceeds will not be disbursed and will be cancelled if I drop to less than six (6) approved units or fail to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) prior to disbursement. In addition, I must be enrolled in an eligible Program of Study and maintain enrollment in at least one approved credit course at Los Angeles Pierce College for each awarded term(s). I may cancel or reduce any disbursed Direct Loan without fee or interest penalty by returning all or part of the disbursed funds within 120 calendar days of the disbursement date.
