How to Use the Windows 7 Magnifier Program
How to Take a Screenshot of the Computer Screen
1) When you perform a computer screen shot you will basically be taking a picture of whatever windows, documents, or web pages you currently have up on your computer screen. Make sure you have your desired windows arranged in the way you want them to appear in the shot. (Drag windows around, scroll down a page, etc.)
2) When you’re done adjusting your screen look down at your keyboard just along the top row of the F# keys. There will be a key labeled Print Scrn (Print Screen).

Press the Print Scrn key. This will take a screen shot of everything on your computer screen including the Start Taskbar. If you’d like to take a screen shot of just one window and not have the extra clutter at the bottom hold down the Alt key and then press Print Scrn.

3) It will appear as if nothing happened but you may have noticed an extremely brief flash upon your screen as you pressed those keys. To make sure it worked open up whatever editing document you’d like such as Microsoft Word or Paint and paste the screenshot by either pressing Ctrl and V or by clicking Paste in the Edit option located in the top left corner of the editing program that you’re using.

4) Once you perform the paste option you will see that the shot of your computer screen is now pasted into your document. You can then choose to save the document by clicking File and then Save As. This is a really handy way to keep a copy of an online receipt, share your high score on a computer game with friends, and so on!
