How to use our new eCards*

Step 1: Go to follow the log in process using your Agent HQ user name and password and select the eCard library.

Step 2: Select the type of eCard you would like to send and follow the next three steps.

Step 3: Type in customer name and email address or use our new upload email list functionality.

(No more then 20 email addresses can be on the list).

How to upload an email list*

Step 1: Place your email list in an Excel file.

• Column A should be for Customer Names as you want them to appear in the eCard

• Column B should be for the email address

Step 2: Click ‘Save As’ and select CSV on the ‘Save as type’ drop down option.

Save this CSV to your desktop.

Visit the eCard library located at the top of the site.

Select CSV as the file type.

Click ‘upload contact list’.
