Allow the fillings to heat up for about a minute and serve.Microwave MethodNever put an egg in the shell in the microwave.Always cover with plastic wrap. Scramble 1 egg and a t. of milk in a bowl then pour into a buttered or sprayed custard dish and cover with plastic wrap.Cook for 30 seconds. Every microwave is different so you may need to experiment. S&P to taste. Great for English muffins and sandwiches.Fried:Melt ? t. butter on a saucer and crack an egg in the center of it. Poke the yolk with a fork and wiggle. Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 45 seconds. Let it set for an additional minute to fully cook the whites. S&P to taste. BAKED POTATO SOUP2baked potatoes ? c.butter? finely chopped onion? c.flour2 ? c.milk (or soy/rice milk) ? c.sour cream? lb.bacon, cooked, then cooled and crumbled (or bacon bits)3 oz. grated cheddar cheese (or Velveeta)? t.pepper? t.salt4 T.grated cheddar cheese for garnish? c.chopped green onions for garnish4 T.bacon bits Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Wash the potato, sprinkle with sea salt, wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for one hour. Let cool.Finely chop onions and dice the potatoes and set aside. Grate the cheese.Place bacon strips in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook slowly. Drain on paper towels.Measure and lay out all ingredients before cooking.Melt butter in a saucepan add the onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Then whisk in the flour.Have someone pour the milk in slowly while you whisk.
