STEP 1: Reset your Identity passwordYour identity password is your main password for accessing UDS, Horus, ISIS, and Email. Navigate to identity.anu.edu.au.Enter your University ID and your current ISIS/Horus password, in the login box that appears. When the self-service homepage appears, select My Information.Once the My Information tab has opened, you will either be able to reset your password (move to point 5), or be directed to set up your Challenge Questions. Set the questions, then provide the answers and select Apply. Select the Change Password drop down. To reset the password, enter your old password, a new password, and then confirm the new password. Select apply.After resetting your password, restart your PC so all applications can replicate to the new password. When log back on you may be prompted to update applications with the new password.PLEASE NOTE: Our password requirements have recently changed, please see revised password policy below. Password must be at least 10 character(s) long.Password must contain characters from at least three out of following five categories : Uppercase alphabetic characters (A-Z), Lowercase alphabetic characters (a-z), Numerals (0-9), Non-alphanumeric characters (for example: !, $,#, or %), Unicode characters.Password must not contain any of user ID, first name or last name when their length is larger than 2.Password cannot be changed for 1 days after the last password change.Password must not be one of 5 previous passwords.STEP 2: Update your new identity password on mobile devices and related applicationsAfter resetting your identity password you may be required to re-authenticate with applications such as Skype for Business, Outlook and Outlook app for mobile devices (which supports your email on devices). Follow instructions below:Skype for Business or OneDrive.After you have reset your password, restart your device so the password can replicate with the servers. This should allow you to enter the new password and access the applications.OutlookAfter restarting your PC, Outlook will prompt you to update your password. If you have, any functional accounts connected to your email it will ask you to authenticate to these.When prompted make sure you change the address name to your?UniversityID@anu.edu.au?(not?FXXXX@anu.edu.au).Type in your your new password.Then check the?remember password box.Outlook may prompt you to do this a few times for each account as it authenticates with multiple servers.Outlook app for mobile devicesIf the outlook app does not accept your password, delete the app and reinstall it using your?UniversityID@anu.edu.au?(make sure you do not include uds in the address) and your new password.STEP 3: If you use ANU Secure, you will also be required to reconnect. After resetting your password you will be required to reconnect to ANU Secure.?ANU Secure Wi-FiWindows LaptopNavigate to?Settings.Select?Network & Internet.Select?Wi-Fi.Select?Manage known networks.Select?ANU-Secure.Select?Forget.Select?Show available network.Select?ANU-Secure > Connect.Select?Connect?again.Enter your?University ID?and?your new password.Check the box that advises to use my network account.Select?Connect.iOSTo re-authenticate if prompted;Enter your University ID and new Identity password.Select?Apply.If you are not prompted. Access your mobile devices Wi-Fi settings.Navigate to?Settings.Select?Wi-Fi.Select (or hold down for Android)?ANU Secure.Select?Forget this Network.When prompted select?Forget.Under Choose a Network,?select?ANU Secure.Enter your?University ID?and?new Identity password.Select?Join.A certificate will appear, Select?Trust.Once complete you will be able to access the ANU Secure Wi-Fi network.MACSelect the?WiFi symbol?along the top menu bar.Select?Open Network Preferences?at the bottom of the drop down menu.Select?WiFi?in the menu on the left.Select?Advanced?located at the bottom right of the pop-up window.Select?ANU Secure?then the?-?(minus) sign.Select?OK.Select the?Wi-Fi icon?again in the menu bar.?If Wi-Fi is off, select?Turn Wi-Fi on.Select?ANU Secure.Enter your username?University ID.Enter your?new password.AndroidNavigate to?Settings.Navigate to?connections.Select?WIFiSelect?ANU Secure?network and hold finger down to open.A pop up will appear, Select?Forget Network.To reconnect, select?ANU Secure?in the Wi-Fi menu.For identity use your?Univeristy ID.Enter your?new identity password.Under CA Certificate, select a Certificate.Select?Validate.Select?Connect.? ................
