Flow of Events

1 Basic Flow

1 UC1437 Supervising UI/DDU employee creates a work queue for an employee

The system will provide all Supervising UI employees with an interface to provide their employees with a work queue enabling them to receive incoming tasks. The system will allow for a supervising employee to automate the distribution of a task based on roles and experience.

2 UC1438 The UI/DDU Employee signs on to the system to receive tasks

Once the employee logs on to the system, they will be prompted with newly assigned tasks.

3 UC1439 The system will track the progress of the assigned task

The system will work with the workload tracker in order to provide status on all of the tasks assigned to the employee. (Include Workload Tracker)

4 UC1440 The system will allow for the employee to mark item as completed

The system will provide the employee with an interface in order to define the status of the tasks assigned in the workload.

5 UC1441 The system documents all actions taken

3 Alternative Flows

1 UC1442 The task assigned is high priority

If the Supervising employee would like to set a higher priority for a specified task, the employee would be notified that the task is at a higher priority and would be moved to the top of the queue.

2 UC1443 A task needs to be reassigned to another employee

The system should allow for the Supervising employee to reassign work as needed. There should be an interface for the Supervising employee to manage and distribute all tasks manually or automated.
