To generate revenue for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind by developing existing commercial relationships & building a network of new ones in all activity areas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(key functions of the role)To work as part of the Business Development Team to implement the commercial strategy for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.To support the promotion of the Training function, plus any other relevant projects and the work of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.To implement existing plans to extend the reach of the Training function within all types of organisations in the region.To create and execute direct marketing campaigns to targeted recipients by email, other digital communication and telephone.To present the CW Mind Training support package to interested individuals and organisations. Ability to present concepts and product in a creative and engaging manner suitable for professionals who have varied and sometimes limited knowledge of mental health issues.To identify customer needs for training and support packages.To create individual proposals to organisations to sell the concept of mental health in the workplace.To secure contracts for delivery of training up to a value of ?5k.To ensure visibility and transparency of all activities through maintenance, update and development of the CRM system and records.Ensure customer satisfaction through presentation of Training evaluation results. Responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of existing customers to ensure they have a consistent point of contact and are fully supported. Identify new opportunities for sales and create proposals to satisfy needs.To develop relationships with new customers to ensure continued revenue growth. To encourage engagement with and secure donations from individual participants on training courses, whilst working within fundraising standards and best practices.Liaise with the Fundraising team to target and seek out new partnerships with corporate sponsors i.e. Businesses. Use all available methods of communication as appropriate, including face to face communication wherever possible, to build long term relationships. To make proposals where appropriate. Work with the CEM and Marketing team to develop and design training materials to ensure the consistency of standards and the CW Mind Branding. To provide reports and information about activity and performance as necessary and upon request.To communicate effectively with team members, service leads and external professionals.To promote and implement Coventry and Warwickshire Mind’s policies.To participate in supervision, appraisal procedures and training as agreed or directed.To undertake such other duties as would be reasonably required for a post of this level of responsibility, as directed by the Senior Management Team of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.Person SpecificationCoventry and Warwickshire Mind is committed to employing staff that have the necessary skills and experience to undertake the duties required of each role.?
