The Employee Benefits Division (EBD) encourages you to login to your MI HR Self-Service account (selfserv) between August 1 and August 31 to review your current insurance coverage and confirm that covered individuals meet the eligibility criteria. If you do not have access to the Internet, call the MI HR Service Center at 517-335-0529, 877-766-6447 or 711 for Michigan Relay (hearing impaired) to ask questions, obtain information, or enroll over the phone.
Insurance Open Enrollment (IOE) materials will be sent to you via email or mail (if you do not have an email address listed in your Self-Service account). If you’d like to add your email address, simply login to Self-Service, select Employment and then Work Phone & E-mail from the left menu; or contact MI HR Service Center, at the numbers listed above, for assistance.
The 2013-2014 Insurance Open Enrollment period is your annual opportunity to change your existing insurance plans. For additional information regarding this open enrollment period, please visit employeebenefits, and select Insurance Open Enrollment from the left menu.
