2. Where it says GO resources, enter the following code MR4 CNN12

3. Click Search.

4. Under Chapter 12 Activities, click on MR4 Designer. This will take you to the CNN Student News Story: “Web Page Tips”

5. Read the title and look at the slideshow by clicking on Next or Previous, and read the slideshow captions.

6. Now, read the article. Once you are done reading the article, answer the math question. These are self-checking.

7. Task: After reading the article and completing the math problem use the 6 Trait Reading Analysis of Expository Text Web to record your analysis of the article using what you know about the traits of ideas, organization, voice and word choice.
